About the project
The project spans 110 hectares in northern Mauritius. At its heart lies a defining feature: a 16-hectare nature park dedicated to biodiversity and wellbeing.
The development is unfolding in carefully planned phases to ensure a smooth and coherent integration into its surroundings. Blending residential, hospitality, and mixed-use spaces, Les Palétuviers seeks to create a lasting balance between nature, everyday life, and shared experiences.
The team
The project is led by a multidisciplinary team combining expertise in urban planning, architecture, engineering, landscape design, and regional strategy. Working closely with Maison Rouillard, the team ensures consistency between the project’s vision, design, and implementation.
